When you gift Envisia Plus, you’re pre-paying for a year of preventive care. Choose to pay the first three months upfront with monthly billing to follow, or pay the full amount to gift an extra month free! If your recipient has dental insurance, we’ll submit claims for covered services, and they’ll be reimbursed directly—helping to maximize the value of your gift.
How does insurance reimbursement work for additional treatments?
For any treatments beyond preventive care, your recipient will get a 20% discount on our standard fees. If their insurance allows, payments can go directly to us, so they only cover their co-pay. If not, your recipient may need to pay upfront or use financing, as they would normally.
